Computer Teacher (2 Openings)

 

Salary Scale: USD 380 - 420 (Depending on Experience)
Location: Chbar Ampov Branch (1 Post)
Location: Steung Meanchey Branch (1 Post)

Job purpose

 

To assess the current computer class, develop curriculum, create and update book and material for

computer class, to teach and strengthen computer skill to students by teaching MS. World & Excel, MS.

​

Power point, Internet & Email and other related basic computer skills and to promote moral and

confident to the student while they are learning computer.​

​

 

Accountability and relationships

​

  • Reports to Operations Manager

  • Is part of a team consisting of all the staff who work for ISF

​

​

Duties and Responsibilities

​

  • Compile computer lessons related with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email and social media.

  • Class monitoring and management (sufficient materials for staff, student’s record, examination, student progress report etc.)

  • Teach computer skills to students at the different levels on MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email and social media.

  • Perform basic repairing, software installation and change the accessories of computers that are not working or make recommendations for what needs to be done for computer lab.

  • Attending staff meetings with the rest of the ISF Cambodian team.

  • Assist the Operations Manager and IT Coordinator as requested

Competency and requirement:

​

  • Diploma, associate degree or equivalent certificate related with computer science or IT.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw and other design software are desirable.

  • At least one year experience in teaching computer lessons to students

  • Ability to read, speak and write English

Working hours:

​

  • Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day unless otherwise agreed with the Operation Manager.

​
